Mr. Duffy is a real estate developer, investor, and broker with deep expertise in highly competitive Northern California markets. He specializes in project management, financial controls, and real estate investments.

Before founding Hummingbird Development and Hummingbird Properties, he spent over 30 years in financial services, holding senior leadership roles at Fidelity Investments, Charles Schwab, and Bank of America. He has extensive experience building teams, raising capital, and managing multi-million-dollar portfolios.

Altana

Originally from Siberia, Russia, Altana Danzhalova brings a unique blend of technical precision, creativity, and resilience to her work. With a master’s degree in computer science and a family background in construction, she began building homes early on, gaining hands-on experience in demanding conditions that shaped her strong foundation in craftsmanship and structural integrity.

Now based in Northern California, Altana designs and builds homes that balance functionality and beauty. Trained in fashion and interior design, her work reflects a rare mix of engineering expertise and artistic vision, earning industry recognition and features in leading publications.
